Elevation is open to members only from 6am-9am Mon-Fri.
All members receive a free guest pass each month. Passes can be used to grant a free day of access to anyone who hasn't used a guest pass in the last 30 days.
To freeze or cancel your ongoing monthly membership, please fill out the Membership Change Form. Prepaid annual and monthly memberships cannot be frozen or canceled.
Freezing your membership: Freezes take effect on the 1st of the month. With an ongoing monthly membership, you may freeze as many times as you want. When you resume membership, you will be charged a $20 unfreeze fee.
Canceling your membership: Cancellations take effect on the 1st of the month. If you choose to resume membership after canceling, you will be charged a $50 reinitiation fee.
You may keep your membership frozen for up to 1 year; after that, we will automatically cancel it.
No, we do not issue refunds or credits for partial months. If you don't want to be charged for the next month, make sure to submit your freeze or cancel request before the 1st of the month. If you cancel after the 1st of the month, your membership will remain active through the last day of the month and you are welcome to continue climbing and taking advantage of your other member benefits during that time.
